Borrowed experience or stolen post

A year ago:
- I went through a knee surgery.
- My pal was hit by a car, he didn't make it.
- A former love celebrated her birthday ... without me.
- I met the untameable one.

... and this Heineken six-pack keeps whispering stuff into my ears.

This week I hosted an 'M' letter on my left shoulder. At first, I thought it was a reference to my last name. It was not. But I can't complain. I can't complain.

If there's such a thing as a totemic animal, mine one is undoubtedly the dolphin: "The average life span of a dolphin in the wild is 45 years; yet half of all captured dolphins die within their first two years of captivity. The survivors last an average of only 5 years in captivity."

Same music, different place

And I am obliged to say: a quite unexpected place.

Almendros street

I am not the kind of guy who likes to delve into the past. I mean, the past keeps records of lots of good and great memories, but also bad ones. However, this weekend I confirmed that Almendros street is still one of my favorite places to visit, no matter things have changed a lot in these years. And I like it because of the memories that place brings along: the songs, the guitars, the company.

This weekend also brought me a new book from Saramago and the Manchester United line up jacket.
